Visto, Inc. (“Visto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Visto software platform and related services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect your personal information and your rights in relation to that information when you use our Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us in connection with our website, applications, and the Services. It does not apply to data that our customers upload or collect (Customer Data) and for which our customers themselves are responsible and may have separate privacy notices.

We do not honor “Do Not Track” signals or similar browser mechanisms.
